Delete Your Kivimart Account

We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

On the Website:

  1. Log in to your Kivimart account.
  2. Go to Account Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Delete Account section.
  4. Click the Delete Account button.
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm your decision.

On the App:

  1. Open the Kivimart app and log in.
  2. Tap your profile icon or menu.
  3. Navigate to Settings.
  4. Find and tap Delete Account.
  5. Follow the instructions to permanently delete your account.
